• Summer:  June 15 thru Labor Day (one week minimum July and August), check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out 12:00 Noon
  
• $450 per night
  
• $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee
  
• Refundable $250.00 damage/excessive cleaning deposit
  
• Winter: October 1- June 14 - 2 night minimum, 3-4 night minimum on holidays. (6 nights = 20% discount)

• $200.00 per night - 3-8 persons
  
• $80.00 non- refundable cleaning fee

• 30 day cancellation policy

• A one-night deposit required to hold reservation
  
• No pets allowed
