Sleeps 8 - spacious master bedroom with queen and bunk bed, oversized second bedroom with 2 queen beds.

Lower Level - 4 bedrooms, 2nd kitchen, living room, dining room, 1 full bath, 1,317 square feet.

Sleeps 10 - master bedroom (ocean view) with queen bed, "bunk room" (ocean view) with 2 bunk beds and 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom (ocean view) with queen bed, 4th bedroom with double bed.

The home also has a "game room" on the lower level with a Foosball table. For your use and convenience are 2 TV, DVDs, VCRs, 2 sets of laundry facilities, (one on each level), 2 hot water heaters for "endless hot water!," carport, decks front, rear, and off master bedroom, private patio w/ BBQ, outdoor furniture. games, books, movies provided. all linens, towels included. The fully equipped kitchens include pots, pans, basic spices, etc.

Lot - 1/4 acre, private with year-round creek, trees, shade, beautiful rhodies, fuscias, hydrangeas, in a natural setting - "something almost always in bloom!"

Parking - 4 vehicles maximum (no exceptions) off street, including two-car covered carport. Extra parking is available in Manzanita, and car pooling is recommended for larger gatherings.
